Ingredients for 4 portions:
- 1 onion (250 grs)
- 6 tablespoons of sunflower oil
- 400 grs of minced beef
- 1 can of tomato (400 grs)
- 1 bag of chilli con carne powder
- a can of red beans (400 grs)
- 1 tablespoon of salt
Directions:
Let's start by frying a chopped onion in sunflower oil for about 5 minutes.
Meanwhile we make the basmati rice to serve with the chilli according to the recipe which you can see in the list of the recipes.
Add 400 grs of Minced beef and let it brown a little.
Add the can of tomato and then add the bag of chilli con carne powder.
After cooking for 5 minutes, add the cooked red beans and cook for a little while longer.
Adjust the salt and the chilli if necessary.
